The network's narrative, by the people who make it. Every quote is verbatim, dated, and linked to its source. Each voice is read through one framework so they can be compared slot by slot, and every frame is traced from its first sourced use to everyone who picked it up.
A voice is a person, a foundation, or a subnet team that has said, in public, what Bittensor is. The map records only what they said themselves, on the record: a quote of at most sixty words, dated, with the page it came from. Nothing is paraphrased in a quote. The readings above the quotes are written from the quotes alone and name the quotes they rest on.
The framework is a brand strategy skeleton turned on the speaker. Not what Bittensor's brand is, but what this voice's Bittensor is: what it is for, what it fixes, who it is for, what it is against, what makes it different, what it is worth, what line they repeat, how they sound, and what they call things. A frame is the figurative way of saying what it is, a brain or a market or a Bitcoin, dated to its earliest sourced use and followed to everyone who picked it up.
Confidence is shown on every quote. Verified means the primary source was reached and the words are on it. Secondhand means a secondary source quotes them, or the primary exists but could not be read. Unconfirmed quotes are hidden unless you switch them on.
